- Ready-to-wear items: Typically dispatched within 2 days.
- Custom orders: May take 2 weeks depending on design complexity.
- International shipping: Delivery times vary by location.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made and stitched outfits cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the error is on our part.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your package.
Changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this, processing begins, and modifications may not be possible.
