We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Customized or stitched items cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a damaged or incorrect item.
